is now enjoying cricket under Joe Root’s captaincy:

Alastair Cook who is currently 32 years old gave his resignation letter from the test captaincy of England’s Cricket Team back in February 2017. He made 69 runs in the first test match under the captaincy of Joe Root in the battle against South Africa on the historical ground of Lords. His team beat South Africa comprehensively by 211 runs to snatch their first victory in the test series.

He was fielding like a freedom parrot who got freedom from the cage. His expressions shoe that he is enjoying by playing under Joe Root’s captaincy. Obviously, there is a huge burden on the shoulders of captain. It is also the captain who has to sacrifice a lot to keep his team in victory position.

Trevor Bayliss is happy with the current leader:

The coach of England cricket team is satisfied with the captaincy of Root. He also has a good time with all the players. Bayliss is also working a lot on Moeen Ali to convert him into a world class spinner. Moeen Ali also took 10-wickets in a first test match to translate it into the victory of England. All the current players are in great form and also performing well in all the departments of cricket. Surely, England’s captain is looking for a whitewash as African team is full of the new blood. But anything can happen in cricket.

He further said that he was enjoying the scenery when Cook had a perfect time in the field. He used to play with his full passion and was giving his 100% in the area under the new captain. All the players are also giving their entire interest under Joe Root’s captaincy, and England is going to achieve a lot with this present combination. Coach is also fit to eager all the players with a good performance.

The performance of Joe Root as captain:

After resigning from captaincy post, Cook is performing well in the field and also with the bat. He is having a perfect time in the field as he is free from the cage of captaincy. Joe Root rescued England by scoring 190 odd runs with the bat. His team was struggling because four wickets were blown down by South Africa seamers at just 76 runs.

Both of these players have a different batting style, and they play on their techniques. Root is quite slow whereas Cook wants to play with an exceptional and rapid strike rate. But some of the things are similar in both of the players. Joe is as aggrieve in captaincy as Cook used to do on the field. A lot of batting messages were also same from the pavilion to the area as cook used to deliver. If I could say, both are similar in nature when it comes to a captaincy; then it will not be wrong.
