New Delhi: Even though Team India is flopping on the England tour, India’s fast bowler Ishant Sharma has done the best in the whole series. Ishant Sharma has so far taken 18 wickets in the Test series. In the case of taking wickets in this series, James Anderson is at number one, whose name is 21 wickets. After James Anderson, the second is Ishant Sharma.

Ishant Sharma took three wickets in the first innings of England in the fifth and final Test match. With this, Ishant equaled the most wickets taken by any Indian bowler in England. Let us know that former Indian captain Kapil Dev took 43 wickets in 22 innings of 13 matches. 5 wickets in 125 balls were his best bowling. Ishant took 3 wickets in the first innings and completed 43 wickets in the Test match played in England.

Indian bowlers Ishant Sharma (18) and Jaspreet Bumrah (14) were the wickets taken so far. Hardik Pandya and Umesh Yadav also had 13 wickets, but Jasprit Bumrah hit Adil Rashid’s wicket and reached Seamers’ account with 59.

These are the most wickets taken by Indian Seamers in any series. This was the first record of Kapil Dev (32), Krishna Ghavri (15) and Roger Binny (11), who took 58 wickets in the series against Pakistan in 1979-80.
